Processing Time

Orders must be processed before shipping. The total delivery time consists of processing time and shipping time.


Processing Time: 7–10 business days after payment confirmation (you'll receive an email).

  • Processing: This means your order is being verified and prepared. Steps include confirming your details, performing quality and function checks, and packaging. Once ready, it's handed to the shipping carrier.
  • Shipping: This means your order has been dispatched. You can track it once the tracking number is updated by the courier. Note that during international transit, tracking may not update until the package is scanned by the local courier—usually within 10 days for express shipping or 20 days for standard shipping. Delays due to customs or regulations are normal.

Notes:

  • You can modify your order (color, size, address, etc.) before it ships. See our Return Policy. If changes are made, processing restarts once details are finalized.

  • Processing may take longer during holidays in China or your region. We'll notify you in advance if delays occur.

 We are pleased to announce that we will cover all customs duties for your order. You no longer need to worry about import fees, as we have taken care of these charges. Whether you're shopping locally or internationally, you can rest assured that there will be no unexpected customs fees when you shop with us.


Within 1-2 business days after your order successfully ships, we will send your tracking number to your registered email address.
